Lakeshore
At Lake Shore, Urban Splash is creating over 400 new homes as well as commercial space on a Brownfield site in the centre of South Bristol. The development is an exemplar project in terms of its design and sustainability, in a key regeneration area for the city of Bristol over the next 20 years. The development has recently won a Housing Design Award under the ‘Projects’ category.
