Speakers
Mike Davies, of the Veale Wasbrough Employment team, will discuss the latest legal considerations of compromise agreements and the common pitfalls you should avoid.
Richard Pincher, of the Veale Wasbrough Tax team, will look at the tax treatment of compromise agreements and will provide an alternative view that will save you up to £12,000.
Paul Yewdall, of Lansdown Place IFA, will show you how to plan for maximising investments of lump sum redundancy payments and pension augmentation. He will also advise you whether to transfer pensions and how to deal fairly with share options and bonuses.
Stephanie Thompson, of Fraser Thomspson Career Management Consultants, will introduce you to the benefits of using an Outplacement Consultant to smooth the transition process, avoide costly litigation and promote a positive attitude and goodwill on both sides.
