We do not provide automated on-line quotations because we believe that personal contact is important in establishing the right relationship and in ensuring that we know exactly what it is that you want.

We will telephone you and provide you with a quotation which we will confirm in writing if you would like us to do so. All you need to do is to provide some basic information (or as much of it as you are able to) so that we don’t need to waste your time when we call you.

We are not the cheapest conveyancing solicitors in Bristol. Cheap advice is not the same as good advice. What we are seeking to do is to provide you with value for money. With that in mind, we either give you a price guide in advance or, in more complex cases, an hourly rate for the professionals who do your work.
