Overview

We have developed a national reputation for providing specialist advice to professional partnerships, and to GP practices. In addition, the firm has developed a reputation for advising on the new structures emerging from the Dept of Health's introduction of Practice Based Commissioning and has been retained both to advise ‘clusters’ of GP practices, and commercial companies offering partnering agreements with GP practices.

We are also specialist providers of legal advice to the dental profession, advising both individual dentists on the acquisition of goodwill, and specialist providers of dentist administrative and back-up services.


Medical Partnership Agreement questionnaire
On receipt of a completed questionnaire we will prepare a draft medical partnership agreement tailored to the needs of the particular practice accompanied by the offer, at a fixed fee to attend a meeting of the Partners to review the document.
