Medical partnership agreements

Central to the services we provide to GPs is the preparation of partnership agreements to suit the individual needs of each practice.

We have introduced new agreements into well over 100 different practices throughout the south west and beyond.

Because of the depth of our experience in this field, there is rarely an occasion where the requirements of a particular practice cannot be met with appropriate wording. The recommended basic agreement is continually updated to reflect changing circumstances, including the new GMS contract.

Many new intending partners seek advice from us on the existing agreement of the practice which they are looking to join.
