An increase in enforcement responsibilities for our public sector clients and in compliance for our commercial clients has meant this has been a busy time for our Regulatory Team.
We advise a broad spectrum of leading public and private sector clients, including Wiltshire Police Authority, Standard Boards for England and Wales, Hills Aggregates and Waste Limited, Airbus UK Limited and Southern Valley Feeds.
Our advice to Police Authorities includes obtaining Anti Social Banning Orders, Sexual Offences Prevention Orders, Football Banning Orders and Cash Seizure Orders. We also provide advise on firearms legislation including appeals against revocation of Shotgun Certificates.
We advise on Trading Standards having acted both for local authorities taking prosecutions and for a national retailer defending prosecutions.
Regulatory experience extends to toy safety, general product safety regulations, food safety and environmental health.
