- Wiltshire County Council on prosecution under Animal Health Act (related judicial review R v SE Wilts Magistrates (ex parte Beale) [2002].
- Defending Crufts prize winning kennels in prosecution under Animal Boarding Act and Regulations reducing 45 counts to 4 minor counts.
- Advising auctioneers concerning market regulations.
- Advising concerning fish disease claims.
