For 20 years our Linear Projects team has been advising clients including Exxon Mobil, Total and Mainline Pipelines and is engaged in pioneering registration work. We advise on all aspects of the acquisition of appropriate legal rights necessary for the construction and subsequent use of cross-country pipelines for both the oil and gas industries.
When there are incursion or threats to the pipelines our litigators act swiftly to prevent potentially damaging operations.
