Employment Law training packages
To ensure the best results we provide a ‘training process’ which includes:
- Meeting you to discuss training requirements and identify objectives
- Reviewing existing contracts, policies and procedures, together with any particular issues you wish to raise
- Producing a discussion document suggesting the best content for your training programme
- Preparing the final agreed programme. This does not involve formal lectures, but focuses on interactive practical problem solving, working in groups and the total involvement of all participants
- Providing core training material in presentation packs which can be retained for future reference
- Reviewing to ensure the objectives are met. We provide a written summary with suggestions to improve your employment practices going forward
