Fees Recovery Scheme

The Scheme was first launched in November 1992.

Since then,

• the scheme has handled about 25,000 cases for independent schools
• it has recovered more than £12 million during recent years
• it has achieved more than a 95% success or settlement rate

More than 500 independent schools and nurseries have used our unique scheme.

How does the Scheme work?

• you pay an annual subscription - you can then send us as many cases as qualify under the Scheme during that year.
• we do not charge you for the time we spend on your cases - defended or undefended.  All you pay are disbursements, which are often recovered from parents.
• we do not charge commission on sums recovered.
