Overview

Our Real Estate team offers a broad range of property-related services encompassing the life-cycle of property activity, from land assembly and acquisition, through tax and corporate structures, planning and environmental issues, to construction, funding, lettings and disposals.

The core work of our Real Estate team comprises commercial, mixed-use and residential property development, management, investment and secured lending work. Our plot sales, construction, planning, environmental and property litigation colleagues all work as part of that team, on the same open-plan floor. Our focus is the property client; and our aim is to offer an approachable, integrated, experienced team that provides expert, effective and pragmatic advice across a wide range of property issues.

We have considerable expertise in dealing with development projects of all types, particularly regeneration and redevelopment projects. We have established a team of individuals which is able to bring together extensive experience in dealing with the whole range of matters which arise in such projects.
