Work experience/case studies:
- Advising the Fire Service College (a Trading Fund of the Ministry of Defence) in connection with the possible outsourcing of ground maintenance and fire service training.
- Advising the Vehicle Inspectorate (a Trading Fund of the Department for the Environment, Transport and the Regions) on the commercial arrangements with a company in Cyprus in connection with the testing of vehicles to UK standards including drafting the agreement and obtaining appropriate Cypriot law advice.
- Acting for the Defence Procurement Agency on a £1.8 billion project designed to provide Her Majesty Services with digital communications. We were thanked for our "very professional support". Our clients recorded that they were "most grateful for the way [we] adapted to the pressing needs of the time". Contract close occurred at the time of 9/11.
