Work experience/case studies:
- Advising the Home Office on the procurement of an electronic documents and records management system and associated business change services. Our work included advice on ITT documentation and SOR, developing specialist contractual terms and business benefit measurement provisions, advise on the complex interface with the existing managed service contract and contributing to the legal/commercial bid evaluation, including testing and approving the evaluation and scoring criteria
- Advising a health trust on a PFI procurement of IT solutions for community health care, including the outsourcing of the operation of the Trust's existing equipment and networks.
- Advising the Office of the e-Envoy on all legal aspects of the HMG PKJ, including the certification policy and certificates.
