This is not limited to the lawyers our General Office Manager was a legal secretary when she joined the firm twenty years ago, likewise our IT trainer was also once a legal secretary. Training and development

When joining us, all employees are thoroughly trained in the firms IT systems and internal procedures. We feel that it is vital to make new employees feel valued and involved from Day 1 and new joiners have repeatedly congratulated us on the excellent induction programme that we operate.

Once you are fully inducted you will be appraised once per year (formally) and quarterly (informally) through the firms excellent Personal Development Review process. During this process your training and development needs will be identified and these will be included in your department’s training plans.

We have a Training and Development manager who works closely with all of the training partners to ensure that we are investing training resources effectively. We offer a comprehensive programme to include both technical and soft-skills training.
