  • Michelle Bendall, Partner - Real Estate
Michelle BendallI was attracted to Veale Wasbrough by the high reputation their Real Estate department has. I was aware that both Gary Philpott and Tim Smithers had edited and contributed to a number of well known real estate works. I was also very aware that Veale Wasbrough had a reputation for treating its staff very well and many of my contemporaries at other law firms aspired to an opportunity to work with them.
  • Doug Locke, Partner - Intellectual Property & Technology
Doug Locke Committed people and quality clients.
  • Sue Nokes, Partner - Commercial
Sue Nokes I have had connections with Veale Wasbrough since qualifying as a solicitor in 1980. I worked for them for ten years, a lot of that on a part-time basis when my four children were young. I was the first qualified solicitor to take maternity leave! Veale Wasbrough were flexible and family-friendly even in those faraway days.
  • Jason Prosser, Partner - Construction
Jason Prosser Wanted to move to another quality Bristol firm after training and qualifying with another city centre practice. Other members of my team were moving from Cartwrights to Veale Wasbrough.
The people that I knew who worked for Veale Wasbrough were very happy with the firm.
  • Nathan Guest, Partner - Corporate
Nathan GuestI spent a week on the Veale Wasbrough work experience programme during 1997. It was obvious that the firm was doing some very interesting work but it was really down to the fact that the people I met, both partners and staff, were very friendly and welcoming.
