Trainee responses...

  • Emma-Jane Burnell - Education
Emma-Jane Burnell I grew up in Bristol and knew that I wanted to train with a Bristol Firm and was initially attracted to apply to Veale Wasbrough because of the firm's strong reputation. I subsequently did work experience here after the second year of my law degree, had a great week and knew then that this is where I wanted to train.
  • Nick Martindale - Corporate
Nick Martindale Veale Wasbrough appealed because it was a commercial law firm large enough to provide great experience but not so big that you would get lost amongst the yearly intake. With six trainees per year people will know you by name rather than as just another trainee.
  • Jon Napier  - Education
Jon Napier I wanted to stay in Bristol after coming to university here and Veale Wasbrough was one of the natural choices to apply for. The firm has a large national presence and has a great range of clients and work. It was obvious from the interview that the firm had a great working environment and it was easy to pick Veale Wasbrough over my other offers. Looking back now a year later, it has definitely been the right decision.
