In short, this the reason I joined the firm and one of the reasons why I have been happy to stay here. There is a real sense of "team" at Veale Wasbrough - that everyone is pulling in the same direction. The partners and senior staff are very approachable and there is not the sense of "us and them" that you sometimes hear about at other firms.
