  • Claire Taylor, General Office Manager - Offices and Facilities
Claire Taylor I hope that me and my team support all staff in all that we do. The General Office, as I see it, is the hub of any office environment. Keeping it ticking over and keeping staff happy are my main objectives. If I can keep staff happy and support them in what they need then, hopefully, that makes their work easier. Keeping a happy environment keeps people happy and helps to make a happy ship!
  • Claire Hanlon - Information officer
The Library helps ensure the fee earners are up to date with the latest developments in the law and therefore can advise their clients accordingly. The Library team are also helping to develop the firm’s knowledge management systems so that knowledge can be shared and ultimately helps improve efficiency.
  • Emma Pickess - Marketing executive
I manage the firm’s event programme which last year involved organising over 70 events (comprising of seminars and corporate hospitality activities). In addition to planning and organising each event my job is to ensure each one is a success. A successful event raises the profile of the firm, the reputation of those involved and enables relationships to develop with potential and existing clients – leading to the expansion of our client base.
  • Simon Mark - Systems developer - IT
I like to think that I have played my part in the overall success of the firm. Me and my team are responsible for keeping the network up and running and if the network goes down the firm start to lose money.

I have also been responsible for developing remote access facilities for the firm. This provides greater flexibility and efficiency for the staff as they can now work while out of the office.
  • Denise Radwell - Secretary - Commercial/Corporate
I work hard to help my fee earners achieve their deadlines with clients and it is always rewarding when a project is finished by deadlines set – I feel I have helped the team achieve this.
  • Karen Usher - Secretary - Schools
