    Claire TaylorOfficially I am appraised annually by Simon Pizzey, (Managing Partner). I have weekly meetings with Simon to talk about things that are going on or any problems that may occur.

    We have a yearly Performance Development Reviews. My team also has quarterly reviews which help assess how you are doing on an ongoing basis.
  • Emma Pickess - Marketing executive
    I have an informal Personal Development Review meeting once per year with the Head of Marketing in which we discuss all aspects of my job, development of my skills, my performance and my working relationships.
  • Simon Mark - Systems developer - IT
    I am appraised annually by my manager. This is an informal chat (but using a structured form),whereby I feel comfortable talking through any issues either of us may have.
  • Denise Radwell - Secretary - Commercial/Corporate
    Annually (and if required at other times) by one team member.
  • Karen Usher - Secretary - Schools
    All support staff are appraised each year at a formal appraisal meeting with their manager, but I have regular meeting with the fee earners I work for to discuss work flow, diary management etc and any work-related matters which I need to raise can be mentioned. I don't need to wait for the annual appraisal meeting.
