- Olivier Burnside - Cross Border
A dreadful cliché, I know, but it's definitely the people. - Emma-Jane Burnell - Schools
Definitely the quality of the work and training. - Nick Martindale - Commercial
The atmosphere of the firm is excellent. Everybody is very friendly and you get to know people quickly. You’re encouraged to get involved in as much as possible and I was opening the bowling for the Veale Wasbrough cricket team within 3 weeks of starting. I was offered a training contract in London as well as at Veale Wasbrough but just from the interview I could tell the Veale Wasbrough culture was right for me. - Jon Napier
The best thing is the training you are receiving. At the end of the day, it is your training contract and you have to make sure that the firm you pick will give you the training and development you need to be admitted as a solicitor two years down the line. Veale Wasbrough provides that in every sense of the word - there is a huge variety of work, a great atmosphere to work in and a chance to develop yourself at every opportunity. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here to date and I'm looking forward to what the next twelve months has in store.
