Veale Wasbrough's Corporate Team (led by Partner Nathan Guest) have advised leading engineering and management consultants, Clarke Bond Group Limited, on its strategic acquisition of Sale and Harrogate based consulting engineers, Deakin Walton Limited.
Deakin Walton counts among it’s impressive list of clients, Alfred McAlpine plc, Carillion plc, Next plc and Bolton Wanderers FC. Among it’s list of achievements, the company won an Institute of Structural Engineers Award for its work on the construction of the Reebok Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC.
The existing management team at Deakin Walton will continue in post, with Clarke Bond Chief Executive David Harding and Finance Director Trevor Morland joining the board.
